Terms of Service

By accessing or using Petrel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Petrel helps you understand and manage your schedule using Google Calendar as the source of truth. The butler can suggest changes; you approve every write before it is applied.

We may update features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where required.

You sign in with Google and must authorize calendar access for core product features.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the platform.
• Reverse engineer or abuse API rate limits or usage quotas.

Paid plans, if offered, are billed through Stripe under the plan shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Usage quotas may apply to AI features on free and paid tiers.

Petrel is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that prep suggestions or scheduling assistance will be error-free. You remain responsible for your calendar and commitments.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.

Your Google Calendar data remains in your Google account after you leave.
